‘Master of Mystery’ – Boris Akunin at Asia House

Join Boris Akunin, the bestselling author of the Erast Fandorin Russian detective series, at a special event at London’s Asia House on 11th April.
The author will be in conversation with Boyd Tonkin, Senior Writer at The Independent and jury chair of the 2016 Man Booker International Prize, as he discusses his life and influences, what it means to be Georgian and how nineteenth-century Tsarist Russia can help us understand modern day life.
The evening will be the first in a series of events on ‘Where Europe Meets Asia: Georgia25′, a cultural programme celebrating Georgia and twenty-five years since the nation claimed independence from the Soviet Union.
