Jane Withers is a design consultant, writer and curator based in London.

She writes widely on design and architecture for newspapers and magazines, and is currently completing 72% Man and Water (Phaidon Autumn 2008), exploring the role design can play in shaping a new water consciousness for the 21st century.

As a design consultant, she works on strategy, design development and creative direction for international clients. As a curator, she advises on collecting modern and contemporary design. She is currently working on an exhibition on water and design for Z33, Hasseldt (June - September 2008).

Jane studied art history at the Courtauld Institute of Art and has an MA in design history from the Royal College of Art/Victoria & Albert Museum.
