Andy Robb and James Harper are a dynamic writing partnership. Friends for many years, they met at drama school (LAMDA) in 1989 and have been writing together ever since.
In 1993, their graphic novel, The Player King was published by Ippon Books. They were also part of the comedy group, 'Slamdance'; writing and performing with them on stage, radio and television for over 5 years. Other writing credits include work with the BBC, Scottish Television, Yorkshire Television and Radio 4.
They are currently working on their first novel for children aged 10+, which will form part of a gothic trilogy set in Victorian Winchester, where a vampire, a captive giant and steam-driven monsters will combine to create a uniquely scary and exciting adventure.
James is married and has three children.
Andy lives on a boat and has a son.
